GC Termite Control

Andrew was beyond helpful. He came out the same day and treated my house when termite damage was found during remodeling. It was a time sensitive situation with the entire siding removed from the house. If he wasn’t so responsive it would have made the situation so much worse. Thank you for taking great care of my home and caring for my little dog.

Prompt response. Great coordination and customer service. Andrew came out and walked me through the process and what he will do and gave me information on the possible duration of the rodent extermination. He so explained his methodology for laying the traps. All this education give me the foundation to speed up trapping the rodent. The rodent came out in broad daylight, and I sprayed repellent in its hiding spot, forcing it out. It ran back to the kitchen and I sprayed its second destination under the refrigerator. That forced the rodent out, right into a sticky trap. It only took 1 hour after Andrew laid the traps and the rodent was dead, right on the course of travel that Andrew explained to me earlier.

Unfortunately I thought I was going to have a good experience with GC termite and the rep Andrew. Everything leading up to the fumigation went as planned but then all went terribly down hill from there. First, I showed up at the install time to meet with the fumigation team and they never showed up at 8am as discussed. I later found out they didn’t come until 5pm. (This cost me an extra day at the boat yard) Second, I was never updated through out the 3 day process. Third, I was told the fumigation would be done at 2pm on day 3 and when I arrived with help at 3:30 pm no one was there. The crew finally showed up but this wasted two hours of my time. Finally upon inspection of the boat there were numerous scratches in the gelcoat and grease marks from work boots all over my deck. ( I had to pay a boat detailer $170 to clean the grease off. I brought all these concerns up with the company rep Andrew but all I got was a “I’m sorry” and no further communication. When spending this kind of money and protecting an expensive asset that is important to you I would highly suggest contacting a different company. Communication is terrible and consideration for their work was sloppy.

Andrew is very busy, but he makes time to respond to me and answers all my questions in depth. Recently I had issues with a rental property, and he got me on his calendar right away for inspection and follow-up. Everything got done promptly! Andrew is very polite, professional, and reliable. I a mosquito problem after my gardner had did a poor raking job after cutting down weeds that had been sitting for at least a year. I called GC Termite and they sent out a friendly man named Andrew. He was very helpful and got everything done pretty quick and efficiently. He even walked me through the whole process of getting rid of the mosquitoes.
