Canceled my service multiple times yet still being charged. Was told that the service was canceled yet they showed up and serviced my home. I came home in time to see them still on the property and I was assured in-person by the employee that serviced us that I would not be charged and they still charged my account in 2 separate charges. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your service. I expect the rep to attempt to keep you on as a customer, but instead they were rude and asked me a barrage of question and then said I couldn't cancel for 2 more weeks and I had to call back. I'm not looking forward to that call, and I'm not optimistic that they'll let me cancel without taking on an additional charge or some other delay tactic or predatory measure.
