Absolutely the best in the desert been in our home for 3 years this is my 2nd review Rueben and Frazier take care of buisness no bugs.

I had a mysterious mouse/rat issue that has been going intermittent over a year. Very frustrating. Manny came out & amazingly found a hole behind the stove that was the access we never knew. He also trapped the rat. Once we closed up the hole our problem was gone. I’m so thankful for Manny.

We have been using Frazier pest control since the start of their company. We also refer them to many homeowners as they are professional, punctual and reasonably priced.

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I have had in Coachella Valley. I called to ask about a specific pest infecting landscape plants, and the manager, Jason, that I spoke with was very rude, and after cracking a mean joke towards me, he said “never heard of it” and hung up on me. A manager that cares would have asked more questions and been more knowledgeable about the pests plaguing Coachella Valley.

Peter came to the house and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super guy!!

We encountered Frazier Pest Control during the purchase of our new home. They were hired by the seller to inspect and treat the house for termites prior to closing. This experience has been completely unacceptable. After moving in, we discovered the termites were still very much active. We hired two other independent companies for second opinions, and both confirmed that Frazier Pest Control never actually performed the treatment they certified, despite the seller paying for it. To add insult to injury, Frazier attempted to make us pay for this "treatment" again, effectively trying to double-bill for a job they never did. When we called them back out to address the recurring termite tubes (which reappeared less than a week after their alleged visit), the technician claimed the obviously fresh, active tubes were "inactive." Instead of honoring their work and treating the active colony eating our new house, they tried to upsell us on a subscription service. Frazier Pest Control put our home at risk and complicated our move-in process with dishonesty. I strongly advise real estate agents and homebuyers to avoid this company

Audric is such an AMAZING person and technician! We decided to get monthly treatments when we moved here in July, and Audric has been nothing but professional, informative, kind, and an overall great human being. He is able to help answer any questions I have, provides thorough details about his entire process, and genuinely cares very much for the people and houses he is treating. Even if we thought we may not need pest control anymore in the future, Audric and his service is plenty enough to keep supporting this business!

The only company that actually took the time to examine my entire home when I had rats in the walls. 2 other companies just looked in one area, saw no signs of activity and just said “good luck getting the rats out of your wall”. Frazier found ingress points, sealed them, laid traps, and came back multiple times to ensure that the problem was dealt with.

Frazier Pest Control did a great job with getting rid of our Ant problem. We look forward to our monthly service to keep the little pests under control! Our technician was prompt, polite and professional. He explained everything and then went to work. Couldn't be happier!
