We started using Prestige Pest Control after dealing with a pretty bad ant problem in our kitchen and backyard (they were coming in through the sliding door and even around the sink 😩). From the first phone call, they were super easy to deal with. The office actually picked up right away (which is rare these days), and they got us scheduled within a couple days. I think the girl I spoke with said they’d do an initial inspection + treatment and then follow up if needed. The tech (I think his name was Mike or Matt?) showed up right on time, which I appreciated. He did a full walk around the house, checked the perimeter, the garage, and even under the sinks inside. He pointed out a few entry points along the foundation and near some small cracks by the back patio that I never would have noticed. He treated the entire perimeter, sprayed around doors/windows, and put down some bait in a few key spots where the ants were trailing. He also knocked down a couple spider webs around the eaves and garage while he was at it, which was a nice bonus. Within like 2–3 days we saw a HUGE drop in activity, and after about a week the ants were basically gone. We’ve had maybe 1 or 2 random ones since then, but nothing like before. What I really liked is he explained what he was doing and why — not just “spray and go.” He also gave us some simple tips (like keeping the area by the slider dry and sealing a small gap) that honestly made a difference. Pricing was fair — not the cheapest quote we got, but also not crazy, and it actually felt worth it because the problem got handled the first time. No weird upsells either. We just had them come back for a follow-up service and everything still looks good. Planning to keep them on a regular schedule now. Overall really solid experience. Def recommend Prestige if you’re dealing with ants, spiders, or just want to stay ahead of stuff.

The rep that came to my home explained In detail about placing, food in bags & when I let him know I didn't have enough bags he said he'd bring more ( never happened). also he saw my beautiful plants and Never Once mentioned a word that I should dig them out and to move the ones in pots away from home. I did sign all kinds of paperwork looking back When I signed it. The men were standing. there waiting for me to sign forms, they briefly explained to me the forms and I didn't realize that they don't care about your plants and wont mention anything about plants when speaking to you or that they might all die if you don't remove them beforehand. I have spent hundreds of dollars on my plants. wish the guy would have said something.

Guys.. this company is legit. Bees made a nest in my townhouse so I searched on google and found this company. Problem solved! Cost? This company gave me the cost and and it was the cheapest!! Service? I honestly didn't expect to get a great service because the price was affordable but man, Chris took it to another level. He explained all of the work process in advance and then he even explained what kind of chemical he will be using. As a home owner, this is very important. Oh man... the owner is a super great guy but Chris!!! You are the best!

I chose Prestige after getting 6 estimates and termite inspections. Ramon made the most sense and stressed the most important factor in choosing a company- the quality of the wood work after tenting. Their team did beautiful wood work with high quality product. They primed and painted everything. I am very happy I chose them. I highly recommend them for termite extermination and termite damage repair.

I was deliberately misled and repeatedly lied to. Several contract signing without copies even after requests for them I know I was preyed on as an elderly black woman which led to my home being robbed which never happened in nearly 30 years of residency. I have yet to receive the mechanic lien release on my home that the judge ordered. Charlene is my name and I found a review from an employee which the public believes is a customer. He was the same guy Jorge who assisted in my horrible experience along with President Ramon smh.

My experience with Prestige was very good, easy to set up and professional work done. My contractor contacted Ramon and I was in contract with Rita for the rest. I highly recommend this company 👌

I had an experience, don't judge a book by its cover what i mean is that someone once told me that judging by the building address and vehicles of a company can tell you if your making a right decision well i called Prestige and i was happy i did. They where awesome set an appointment right on the next day others would say 3 weeks really for ants and roach and where a very small building the person came in explained what he would be using and where we were allowed to walk in or not. He took his time not just spray and run he noticed some things and advised us what should be done.. All i can say is there very efficient and price was great others for the same procedure where quoting twice the amount that we payed i also made my boss smile whit that price and believe me its hard to get a smile from him when it has to do with spending money.. Ramon of Prestige Termite Solutions has done an amazing job. I recently moved into my home, which had been rented out for several years. Upon arrival I found major termite and dry rot damage throughout. Prestige Termite solutions arranged for the place to be tented, then repaired the damage professionally and expertly. The cost was well worth it based on the quality of the work. I have since had them back for other, non termite related jobs, and they continue to be top notch. I give Ramon and Prestige Termite Solutions my highest recommendation. Would I hire them again? They are here now, finishing another project. So 100% YES.
