Horrible customer service. I had a very tight window to get my house tented before we moved back in after a major remodel. Inspection went fine, but when I called to schedule the actual tenting I got connected with an AI scheduling bot. Unbeknownst to me, the bot totally messed up and scheduled me for another inspection rather than tenting. When I called to confirm appointment later, I was informed of the error. They told me that they were unable to tent the day I needed it done. There was nothing that they could do and they were "sorry". Total screw-up on their behalf. Stop using AI slop. UPDATE: The owner contacted me and offered to try and right the situation. I appreciate him reaching out.

Nixtermite has been in business for 29 years, and their price was very competitive. I interviewed three companies to fumigate my home. This company was, by far, the best. What put them over the top was their four-year guarantee on fumigation (offered for a limited time). The other two companies offered one- or two-year guarantees. Customer service was outstanding from the owner, Chris, to his helpful office staff, to his on-site workers. The company supplied a home preparation checklist, which was very helpful. They offered a free lockbox, which was convenient. The theft deterrents gave us peace of mind while the property was being tented. On the day of the tenting, the technician was kind enough to check that my prep work was done correctly. I noticed after the tenting that the crew double-bagged items I had missed. Outside, my property was left clean. Thank you, Nixtermite!
