We hired these guys for our HOA complex in Mammoth Lakes and service and communication was absolutely horrible. Nobody will answer the phone.

Very excellent service. Quick to respond, and quick to action if you’re dealing with a pest issue. They are always very conscious of pets and garden areas, and do a great job of communicating before a spray what the chemical component is. Great team overall 🙌

I just got off the phone with William, and by got off the phone I mean he hung up on me twice after yelling at me for asking questions about the $200 he charged me 2 months ago. I asked him to provide pest control on my building where he told me I had to pay $200 up front for an inspection. I understand you can't go around all day doing inspections and not charge anyone. I own a business as well. A few days later he called me asking questions about whether or not the inspection happed and explained there we some confusing notes on his desk from his staff or something. I told him I had no idea if any inspection had happened and he said he would find out what was going on and call me back. Well here we are two months later and I never heard from him. This is a commercial building that I don't live at and I was looking for a local company that I could trust to perform work on a regular basis and after this first interaction I didn't feel confident they were going to do the job William told me they would do for me. So I called him today to find out what happened. Well he never called me back like he said he would and we verified he sent the email a month ago to the wrong address and it bounced back to him but he did see it until today. I told him after this interaction I didn't feel comfortable doing business with him and would like to talk about a refund for the $200 bucks. Maybe I don't deserve the refund, but I should be able to politely communicate when I feel like services sold to me are not what I was told they would be. At this point he yelled at me for insulting him and hung up on me. He was very rude, happy to let me know he would never give up the $200 because it was his now, and we never needed to speak again, click....

William was great to work with! I called him to have an inspection done on our house that was having issues with wasps. He was very responsive and explained all the options. His technician called me and let me know all of the steps along the way and what he found since I am not local, and I appreciate the quick response time from this company. You have a pest, make sure you use them!

Awesome. Called back immediately. Scheduled same day service. Super great technician, that arrived at the scheduled time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely call them if needed again and will recommend them highly.
