Wonderful company. Prompt service. So glad that they don't kill the critters!

Horrible , they will charge 1-2k minimum for mice / rats services in the bear valley region - with results of rats and mice coming back within 30-90 days…. Employees will act nice until you point out their flaws and breach of contract, as well as damages to property outside the scope of their work. Stay away ! Save yourself from stress and gray hairs dealing with Zack and his crew.

I'm a little late doing a review and I don't do a lot of them but, I need to give Outback Zack's a shout out for helping me get my rat issue under control. I have a ranch of animals including ducks and chickens. Even though my chicken coop was somewhat tasty proof. With hardware cloth and heavy duty rubber mats as the floor, that wasn't enough. Seth came out, found where they were getting in and tightened everything up. I'll always have rodents of some kind until I have no chickens but, at least they can't get inside and harm my birds.

Outbackzack's helped us with bats that were in the attic/roof of our home. They installed a temporary "bat valve" and then a few days later sealed the entry points. They did an excellent job and the cost was very reasonable! We hope we don't have this issue again; however we would certainly use their services!

I had bats in my attic, they came out sealed up any entrances and got them out. Nice people and very kmowledgeable

For a long time whenever we went to our cabin at Lake Arrowhead we smelled skunk but just thought a skunk had sprayed in the basement. Recently a man from Hammer's Mountain Patrol went in to turn the heat on, smelled skunk and actually found a long dead skunk behind the washer in the basement. They gave us Outbackzack's number and he removed it promptly and gave us an estimate for animal proofing the foundation. It seemed fair and a great idea so we agreed to it. Very pleased with the service, especially since we couldn't get there at the time so just basically relied on Zack to take care of it. Great service! Good communication.

Was supposed to be getting a free estimate because I didn’t use his service. He charged me. I believe $125 for his free estimate. doesn’t tell you that in the beginning says says it will apply to your bill after he’s done with his inspection

It is difficult to locate a company that can actually preform wildlife removal. This company did what the said they would do. No more racoons in my walls. Those things are scary big in Crestline. And they arn't afraid of people either.

Zack was awesome! He came quickly after I called about a rattlesnake in my yard. And Zack stayed until he was able to catch the “feisty guy” as he described it! He definitely saved the day.

No one else in Big Bear is skilled at rat removal. Seth is the best. They identify the source of entrance than plug the entrances and than removal all in the building. They humanly remove and relocate to the desert. I thought I only had a few just to have over 20 removed. Request Seth he is kind , patient and educating of the rodents Most of all trust worthy. When I was off the mountain I never worried he would be in my home with out me. I wish I had hired them sooner than later. If you even suspect but don’t witness the rodents. Call them. If you wait as I did. The rodents were able to cause more damage. So if you’re reading this you need them. You can’t go wrong. Only right. Have a blessed day 😊

After being sprayed on two occasions by a skunk on our property, we wanted to relocate the skunk humanely and found Zack. He was able to locate the skunk den immediately and set up the trap where we had been sprayed. With our outdoor cameras we were able to see that the skunk was trapped the first night and that there was actually a second skunk still running around. Zack was out first thing in the AM to relocate the trapped skunk, laid a new trap and got the other skunk buddy that night. We were elated to have saved these beautiful creature's lives and can now safely take our dog out to do her business at night in the backyard.
