Jeff performed our quote and saw the process through. We had other quotes and no others compared to the level of detail we received from Admiral. Jeff was so thorough that when we got the other quotes, closing Admiral was a no brainer. From beginning to end, it was a smooth experience. The office is efficient and schedules the inspection right away with quick and clear follow through for next steps and a quote. Before we even picked a date, Ashley sent over what we would have to prep in advance of our service. This helped determine when we would schedule the tenting. Juan and Lao were great! Professional, thorough and timely. Never rushing to complete the work, rather worked pretty fast because they knew what they were doing.

Updated Review 4/5 Stars - I ended up using Admiral for the repairs and tenting, and things went fairly smoothly. Anytime there is work involving so many people, there are bound to be some hiccups, but most of the staff at Admiral handled everything pretty well. I ended up meeting several of the admin team (Justin, Joanna - or it may have been Ashley? and Mercedes) and all of them were great to deal with on the phone and in person. My issue was resolved as best as it could be, and I appreciate the time Admiral spent making sure I was satisfied. Original Review 5/5 Stars -Jorge was great! He gave us a call when he was on his way and arrived when he said he would. He was very thorough with his inspection of the house and didn't get rattled when one of our dogs greeted him a little too enthusiastically. Jorge spent time showing me areas that had evidence of termites, and he went over the estimate completely. He never seemed in a rush or impatient with our questions and acted professionally the entire time. Due to the extensive repairs needed, I am going to get a couple more quotes, but Jorge made us feel comfortable if we end up using Admiral.
