Bizonsocial.com- Updated Review 11/2020 Ocal Pest control changed under new management Epic Pest Control the the feedback a year later is not good. The pest service under the new owner with new technician kept the pest kept coming back, technician arrived later than scheduled time, and no updates or calls whenever over 30 minute late.. I complained and decided not to used company anymore. The new owner reached out to me apologizing about the service which was provided by technician later learning the technician was leaving to continue in another line of work so was not giving the pest job his full attention. The new owner to after apologizing asked to have a new service tech to come out and service the are free of charge. I said sure; nevertheless a month later I was text a bill was due. I explained to administration what the new owner stated that I did not have to worry about payment but if he did not recall what he told me then bill the card on file. Instead of billing me, contacting me they sent me past 60 day late notice about no payment. Based on the past half year with this company have been a headache because of pest appear to increase, the service was delayed, the new owner did not stand by his word and I still have pest plus I have a late statement. The moto for the company before the new owner was the service was guarantee I am assuming that do not stand. Suggestion: Make sure everything is in writing, email or text to prove your case. I hope this help someone in choosing their next pest company. 09/18 Ocal pest control are the best on communication (email, call or text), knowledgeable of insects and pest...the tech explains the best solution to terminate the problem and solves it, timely appointment...Mrs. J set up an appointment and tech comes out to your property on time, the last thing I want to mention fair pricing... comparison to others Ocal pest have reasonable prices according to the excellent service. I personally will always keep Them in mind if I ever have a problem with rodents or insects because they have a guarantee if you see anything after you have been serviced then call and they will come back out and spray for free.

This company is honest! I was impressed. If you don't need rodent control services in your attic - they tell you. They do not charge for a service call unless you hire them.

I'm very impressed..... Gabe was very professional and prompt..... I called him on short notice and he made a spacial accommodation to stop by the property for a inspection later then office ours due to the tight time crunch we are in....... Thank you Gabe..... You are highly recommended!!

Honest and reliable. Two things that are hard to find nowadays, especially with the bigger companies. I recommend Ocal to anyone that wants to experience a company that goes above and beyond for their customers!

Gabe the owner knows his stuff. Very professional and hardworking. Have been working with him for several weeks over a chronic rat problem. He comes by once a week to change traps & identify any entry points missed. Well worth your money if you have a rodent problem. When I moved to Banning last year, I used another local company who knows nothing about exclusion for rodents even though they said they did. You get what you pay for. Gabe is very responsive whenever you contact him. I am finally hopeful to get this situation behind me. No one should have to deal with this especially a woman.

Ocal Pest Control is the best service by far. I manage a self storage facility in Beaumont and had so many issues with gophers in our lawn. They damaged our plants and grass, leaving a terrible mess. I had gone through three different pest control companies and no one was able to get rid of them. I finally found Ocal and was assured by Gabe that he would have our problem under control. He was prompt, courteous and professional and he took my concerns seriously. Thank you for getting rid of those terrible gophers before they destroyed what was left of our yard! The landscaping is now growing back beautifully, we highly recommend your company every chance we get.
