Do not use this company. I’ve been in real estate for more than 30 years and I have done a lot of termite Fumigation during this time. We had plants that are right against the property wall that were not affected at all by Fumigation. This is a clear sign of fumigation failure. The company refused to take any action. Basically, they told me the only way they will do anything is if I open up the walls And they could see live tournaments flying around ( not a practical suggestion) I tried to save some money by going with these guys. Trust me, use a reputable company that stands behind their work . Don’t waste your money on these guys.

If you have tile roofing, RUN AWAY. They will break your tiles (count >300) and claim it is normal after fumigation with no remorse. Unprofessional and we had to replace our entire roof as a result. After service pictures are attached, you be the judge of their work.

I have used America West Termite since 2018 when the previous owners of the home recommended them. They have been courteous and thorough with the inspection process and make needed repairs where damage is detected. Yearly contract price is very reasonable. I feel that my home is in good hands with this company.

We had termites in our newly purchased home. Our realtor recommended these guys. They were very prompt and responsive and seemed knowledgeable. Whole process including tenting, scheduling, and inspection only took a week.

I live in a townhouse so I have the guys come out and take a look at my place every year or so since its pretty unpractical for fumigation. Termites love all the wood in my garage. I get spot treatments to take care of them. Since it is only a localized treatment they could pop up in other areas but I have no choice since my 3 neighbors do not want to fumigate which is why i keep annual check ups.

Because of our HOA contract with America West we were obligated to have America West Termite Co. come and do some work due to our infestation with termites. The termites were coming in from underneath the fridge into the kitchen and living room. They came in 2013 and did some treatment and we thought the problem was solved. In February 2014 the termites came back. I understand spot treatments are only bandaids however they came back in the exact same spot. Our HOA had America West Termite Co. come back to do more treatment on February 14th. Two weeks later the termites came back in the exact same spots except there were more this time. For almost a week I have been trying to get America West Termite to come back and do more treatment. I was speaking with Tracy in the scheduling however it became such a big hassle. She always said she would call me back but it resulted in me calling for 2-3 times a day to see if she could send someone out. Then I had a conversation with Paul Ellis who is the owner of the company. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism from a company owner and such a disregard for customer service in my life. If I didn't have the HOA, then I would have gone with another company. If I could do 0 stars I would. Usually companies like this and even owners are at least sympathetic to the problem but this company just doesn't care.

If you are looking for a termite company, then America West Termite is definitely the way to go. Great, friendly staff and the service is outstanding.
