We had a rat trapped in our daughter's bedroom and needed urgent assistance when our own efforts to catch it failed. Carlos came out the same day and handled this situation, and provided an inspection and gave advice regarding potential access points to the house. He was very knowledgeable and we are grateful for both the help and the information.

The staff were very professional. They even packaged some items for me that I forgot. I left medications out and they packed them and placed them in a place that I was able to retrieve. The staff were very punctual. All the scheduling was done very well and accurate.

IKill has been great. They helped us get a terrible infestation under control and we have kept it at bay ever since. We recently had a termite scare and they came quickly, thankfully it was not termites. Their staff is kind and easy to work with

I have a rodent infestation problem in a single family residence. The entire Ikill Pest Control team is absolutely professional! Jesse and his supervisor are very friendly, super knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain and educate their customers about their area of expertise. Jesse is always punctual for all the appointments! And a shout out to Debbie, who is also on top of the paperwork. I highly recommend Ikill Pest Control for all pest control, inside and out!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They don't know what they're doing. The "Yelp Guarantee" they're a part of is also fake. They came out for three visits in a one month period to treat a simple flea infestation. Never for even a day were the fleas gone. I hired Orkin and the fleas were gone in one visit.... just like the $350 I gave these losers. There is nothing weird or cluttered about my apartment. I called right away after noticing the fleas. In the past 40 years, my dog has brought home fleas about four times. Exterminators have been able to get rid of the fleas with one visit. I never thought it was that difficult. I really regret dealing with this business. I think they should be more honest about what they can and cannot do. Their response below is more BS from this lousy company. There was never a single day that they were able to get rid of the fleas... let alone 30 days to meet their "guarantee". Sounds like their goal is to only kill bugs for 30 days, so keep that in mind if you hire them. Yes, they came back three times and still couldn't get rid of the fleas. But I'm still out the money I paid them. I had to hire a real company to handle the problem.

Hi Elaine, I’m sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our service. I do wish it would have been a positive experience, however, we do our best to provide a solution and to make sure we do our best to take care of our customers home. The service in question was a Flea treatment with 30 day coverage, any activity after the coverage period would not be covered. However, after we did speak about the experience and I offered a retreat at no charge, even though it was after the coverage, you did refuse. I understand, that planning for another treatment would have been an inconvenience, but we would have been happy to have done it for you because our goal as always is a successful treatment. Fleas are hitchhiker and will travel on pets and people (more pets than people). As professional, we do have to take this possibility in consideration, not as an excuse but a possibility for the reoccurring issue. Ultimately, we did make ourselves available to continue working for the results expected, we are not the type of company that would just ignore a customer, our reputation is very important to us! Also, important to note, this service was performed in August

Jesse and Debbie are AMAZING! I used them for a tenting fumigation project at a Building and everything was smooth, communication was excellent and just the walk through of everything step by step was incredible, informative and easy. There was never a time where my questions weren't answered in detail or where I wasn't in the know of the process. Super happy and I will always recommend to anyone. Jesse is a rockstar!
