Every front office personnel, inspectors and specialist at All N One Pest Eliminators that I have worked with were all very professional and courteous, in helping with my on going squirrels in the attic issue. Inspector Wilbur had thoroughly identified all of the potential entry points for the squirrels to come into my home. And special shout out for specialist/technician Jonny, who was extremely efficient and professional in helping to setup a one way trap where the squirrels can only exit the house and prevent them from going back inside again. And patched all of the potential entry points with wire screens as identified by Wilbur earlier. On the same day after Jonny had wire proof the house, all of the scratching sound have finally stopped. Two weeks later, Jonny came back to complete the project by removing the one way trap and patched up the exit point with wire screens. Jonny also took his time to carefully place all the tiles (roof) back to their original locations,, which I greatly appreciated for his assistance. Overall, All N One Pest Eliminators have done a wonderful job in keeping the squirrels from coming back, and I would definitely call them again for other potential pests issues in the future.

I hired All in One Pest Eliminators to deal with what appeared to be a skunk living under my house in the Oakland Hills. The skunk was spraying so frequently that the odor had become overwhelming and was actually making its way into my bedroom. Living in the hills, wildlife is simply part of life. Most of the time it's one of the perks of living here. Unfortunately, this particular wildlife situation had become unbearable, so I called in the professionals. OR, what I thought were the professionals... I should have just called a Doberman. I will start by saying that the technicians themselves were professional. Unfortunately, the actual service was a complete failure and complete waste of money. They came out, set a trap, filled it with cat food, covered it with a bag, and instructed me to check it every morning. The problem with that approach is obvious: if the trap actually contained a skunk, the only way to find out was to walk right up to it and look inside. Nothing says "professional wildlife management" quite like asking the homeowner to potentially get skunked. Over the course of the next week, I was repeatedly assured that the bait being used was specifically designed to attract skunks and that possums supposedly weren't interested in it. Yet somehow, the trap managed to catch three possums and exactly zero skunks. ZERO SKUNKS! The skunk that was actually causing the problem remained comfortably under my house, probably laughing at them and apparently completely unimpressed by their "specialized" bait. Meanwhile, the charges kept appearing on my credit card. By the end of this adventure, I was out roughly $700 and left with the exact same problem I started with. Three possums had been trapped and removed—none of which were bothering me in the first place—I honestly feel bad for these poor possums, what did they do with them when they took them away? While the skunk continued living its best life beneath my home. Three possums later, I'm convinced the trap's only qualification was "contains animal." I'm honestly surprised they didn't catch my own cat, a squirrel, and the neighbor's golden retriever while they were at it. The skunk, meanwhile, continues to live its best life under my house while I funded this expensive wildlife exchange program. Thank you All-in-One. If your goal is to spend hundreds of dollars catching harmless possums, this company may be for you. If your goal is to solve a skunk problem, All N One Pest Elliminators are a COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

On June 17th I had an ant issue and it so happened to be my scheduled maintenance day. Vanna quickly found the ant colony under some weeds that she pulled. That was above my expectations so thank you Vanna I greatly appreciate you going the extra mile.

I had been dealing with a persistent raccoon problem for quite some time in my crawlspace. I tried every single internet recommendation including Vinegar, Ammonia, racoon repellent liquids, loud sounds, bright lights and many many more as i was honestly skeptical about pest control services. After coming across All-in-One Pest Eliminator, I decided to give them a try, and I'm glad I did. Their customer service is exceptional. The associate who worked with me, Toni Braddox, was outstanding. She was always responsive to my calls, kept me informed throughout the process, and quickly arranged everything needed for my home. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. The team was also incredibly prompt. Whenever the cage needed to be reset or moved, someone (mostly Sheldon) was at my home within hours to take care of it. Anytime I requested fresh bait, they handled it quickly and without hesitation. Throughout the entire process, everyone was cooperative and responsive.. When the time came to locate and remove the baby raccoons, Jonny was the technician who came out. He was courteous, professional, and extremely thorough. My crawl space is very narrow—only about 18 inches high—but Jonny carefully inspected the entire area, covering every square inch of the crawl space until he located the babies. Even after finding them, he continued his inspection to ensure there were no additional raccoon babies hiding elsewhere. His thoroughness and attention to detail gave me confidence that the job was being done right. I truly appreciate the diligence, professionalism, and courtesy shown by the entire team. They exceeded my expectations and turned what had been a stressful situation into a manageable one. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with pest issues.

The company has been assisting us with a variety of pests over the past year. Their service is timely and efficient and the staff is always pleasant. Most recently Jonny came to find a major point of entry for rodents and sealed it up. Others including Vanna and Karter have been very helpful.

Don't come to this company, they give you very hard time when canceling the services. I made calls three times for the requests, finally talked to a manager named Mathew, and I got charged for $100 cancellation fee due to less than a year contract closure. I changed service interval from two months to quarterly in early 2026. But I actually started using their service from early 2025. Really unbelievable!

I had Vanna and Mario here to spray. They were on time and very efficient. I know they were very concerned with what I wanted and I am a pleased customer.
