Had an ant emergency on a Sunday and no other pest control was answering phone. Glad they didn’t because that led me to finding Marichals Pest Control. Marichal responded quickly, showed up on a Sunday evening and saved me from a disaster. Highly recommended. Such a professional and fast service.

Honestly, incredible service, and excellent quality of work. Customer service is second to none, he was able to come out to my house despite how early I needed him to be here. I was in a complete meltdown, combating fleas in my house for over two weeks. I tried Tropiclean Natural Flea and Tick, Diatomaceous Earth, vacuuming over and over, washing all my clothes, and flea combing twice a day. I finally called Marichal. He was so kind: he came over immediately to look at my apartment, answered my questions, and let me know I should be okay, but he was ready and available to help. I can not tell you how much his calm demeanor and expertise made me feel. Plus, he is based in Alameda! I own a small business in Alameda and always try to shop local. He was the first and only company that I reached out to. The next time I get fleas, I will reach out to him immediately

I recently used Marichals service to fix an underground yellow jacket infestation. The owner was responsive, kind and able to squeeze us in his schedule. I'm very greatful with my experience with Marichals Pest control which is a family owned business and customer service based. I was cautious due to being short on finances but money was well spent. My problem was also resolved within less then a week when I been dealing with my pest issues for months. This was the best pest experience i have encountered and plan on keeping the services on going. Ten out of Ten services.

Thanks Marichals for helping me right away. First time using Pest Control . At first I tried a well known company with customer service out of state : registered with Zip code, name , address etc.. then someone called back right away “I’m supposed to come and inspect your house tomorrow but since today is Friday and the work can’t be done until Tuesday, I’ll do the inspection Monday instead . Tuesday they’ll do the work “ . I said “OK” weakly but wanted to say “I want to get rid of the fleas right now ! “ . I searched again for a local business and found Marichals pest control (family owned business) with a lot of good reviews . I called , Marichals answered right away. He and his son came over the next day and sprayed my crawl space so hopefully I will get rid of the unexpected problem (fleas ) for good . I don’t have pets and never had any serious pests problems except ants or a few spiders sometimes. My contractor went down the crawl space the other day to repair my downdraft vent but couldn’t do the work because he was attacked by fleas . We guess some animals such as possums or skunks were down in the crawl space entering through 2 holes that Marichals son repaired for me in the afternoon. Marichals is super nice and friendly . I spotted a mouse in my kitchen and found Marichals Pest Control through Yelp. They were able to come right away, identified the problem areas, and laid traps for the mouse/mice. They came back twice over two weeks to check on any developments, The mouse was trapped, and the entry holes were patched. I am very satisfied with both the process and the final result. I would highly recommend this father-son team!

We used another big service for a year trying to resolve a mouse problem in our house in San Francisco. The prior service caught zero mice while always being difficult to schedule a visit and always sending out a different technician, often young and inexperienced, who were quite often late for their appointments. I found Marichal via the excellent reviews about him and called. He was able to immediately come to the house, he set traps which, I guess, were better or something, and within two weeks, his traps had caught two mice. And not a problem since. What I love about Marichal is his experience, his friendliness, his dependability and punctuality (always on time) and, most of all, that he quickly solved the problem the other service could not solve. Marichal is HIGHLY recommended.

Here’s your review in English: We’ve had a persistent rodent problem at our rental property in Oakland and have tried many pest control companies. Most were expensive, difficult to reach, and not very effective. A friend recommended Mirachal, and we couldn’t be happier with his service! His pricing is very reasonable, and he is incredibly responsive—whenever a mouse is caught, he comes the same day to clean up. Recently, we had a rodent issue at our Castro Valley rental as well. Mirachal checked the property weekly, provided valuable repair suggestions to prevent future infestations, and within about a month, he successfully caught the mice. His dedication and professionalism are outstanding! I highly recommend Mirachal to anyone dealing with a rodent problem!

Mr. Marichal has a local Alameda/East Bay company. He answered his phone when I called and arranged to visit the next day for our rat issue. The rats had chewed wires on the dishwasher and it needs to be replaced. He was able to place traps behind the dishwasher, under the sink, and in the basement areas. He called me today and came to check the traps and will dispose of them as we catch them. I know we will get them all and I will feel confident buying another dishwasher with peace of mind. And he has a great sense of humor and is very easy to communicate with and work with. So glad I went with his company.

Marichal is great! I have been using his pest services for over a year now. A friend of mine recommended him to address the issue I was experiencing in my home’s yard. Marichal is amazing at keeping pests at bay (in the Bay)! We first called him on a very rainy day in a very rainy season and he made a special stop in his schedule to take care of our epic ant problem in Berkeley. He stood by his word that he would follow up and continue to make visits until the issue was entirely resolved. He did such a quality job removing ants from our daily life inside our home that we enlisted in his quarterly treatment program. That was a couple years ago, and we haven’t had a single aunt show up ever since.
