And I think the price for everything they do is amazing. They come every three months and I never see bugs, so I am a very satisfied customer.

Don't bother with this place. The person arrived, took a 5 minute look, and told us the infestation was too bad for him to do anything. And I know that was false because I've seen much worse infestations than the one we have. Thanks to these people not wanting to even try i have no choice but to risk losing every appliance and electronic in my home to bugs

I was a customer for many months and the technician, Daryl was great. However, when my next service came due for Oct 2023, I advised that I would be available the following month. The customer service lady (Jenny) in Winfield, AL told me that my service could only could only be pushed it to the end of October not the month of November. I am not sure what scientific method would have been impeded upon by a few days but it was never explained? Moreover, no one sitting in an office will decide things to do with my home, finances or even bugs! Someone needs to give that young lady some customer service courses or change your money-grubbing business model. ✌️
