Michael is the best!! He is by far our favorite pest control member that services our company! He is very thorough with his services, explains everything that's going on, and just has a great personality all around. ZAP, this man is an asset to your company!

15 year customer charged $40.00 in fees after our bank account was hacked the after last service. The check returned as account not valid; zap was not charged a fee. Thought buy local meant family friendly.

Guy came out to my house and sprayed my baseboards then sprayed the top of my walls near the ceiling. Little while later the paint everywhere he sprayed up high started to crack and peel off. When I called to tell the owner of this he insisted that was i was saying was not possible. Little while later i started a job with a big pest control company where they warned up about spraying the walls cause it could mess up the paint. I called the owner told him what i had learned. He hung up the phone and CALLED MY BOSS AT MY JOB!

Wes was great. He educated me on what to look for inside and outside the home for early detection of termites. He was thorough with termite treatment. Another company offers the pods, but a lot are going back to the chemical treatment. I checked a round and Zap just gave me that home town feeling of work ethics.

Amazing customer service. Sean was super helpful amd knowledgeable. After calling several other companies, Zap ended up being the only one willing to help me with my pest problem and quickly. Definitely will continue to use their service.

My first visit was no big deal, didn't feel one way or another about Zap. I have been having issues with wasps in the house, and I called today because I've had enough! Zap got someone to my house between his calls within half an hour. Hector was SO thorough, dusting everywhere possible and walking around the property multiple time to be sure he didn't miss anywhere. It also didn't cost me a million dollars. NOW I'm impressed, and so glad that I chose Zap!! Thank you!!

I have hornets. The nest was destroyed , so I gave a couple stars. But my farm animals are still in danger after spending 75$ because the displaced hornets are still swarming their destroyed home. Not really worth it. Next time I'll suit up and get my own can of raid.
