Mr. Charles is GREAT!!! I briefly spoke with him about the pest issue I was experiencing. He suggested that I give them an opportunity to treat the home. He came out, assessed the property, told me what it would cost and I don't regret listening to him. It has been three months and everything he said would take place, following guidelines, has made the home more comfortable to live in. We have gone from families of pest to none in sight in about two months (one treatment per month). Their formula really works just as Mr. Charles stated.

Allen has been my professional exterminator for a number of years. He’s knowledgeable, professional and always polite. My home is serviced once a month. He always calls one day prior to alert me that he will be arriving. It’s a pleasure doing business with this company
