“I wish I could give a review with 0 stars. Was scheduled for someone to come out at 9am. Took time off work and arranged to have pets boarded in the morning - by 9:30 after I had called 3 different times and spoke to 3 different people who all said they would call me back, no one did. Finally a technician called me at 9:45 and said he could come out the following Wednesday, a week from my scheduled time. I told them to forget it. Frustrating and incompetent!!”
