The technician arrived on time, applied the appropriate chemicals, and finished within an hour. His report came to me by email later that day. The report stated that he observed fire ants in my yard. I have inspected the yard and there are no fire ants. I telephoned the technician and he told me he did not Include finance in his report. He told me that TDI Insert that information into its reports in order to sell the service to existing customers. If this is true. I considered highly unethical.

Broadleaf weeds all over my yard, growing way above the grass. When I complained, the "technician" wanted to argue with me. He said that was normal for Alabama in the summer. That's simply not true. I had a weed free yard for many years when I took care of it myself, and for several years when I used Scott's service before they sold out. I'm paid up for the year, but will be switching to another service at the end of the year.

We sincerely apologize for your experience with weed control and the service interaction. Broadleaf weeds can not be prevented and must be treated after they emerge with post emergent weed control , however we do know this and offer service calls between treatments if needed , I'll send a technician
