The team was incredibly responsive and accommodating with my schedule, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Removing the batting insulation was no easy feat, especially since every single piece had to be extracted from the master closet access to the attic and then out through the master bedroom. I was genuinely amazed at how efficiently they managed this challenging task. By the end of the day, it was as if they had never been there—if you didn’t know better, you wouldn’t have guessed they had just completed such a significant job! What truly impressed me was their attention to detail. I didn’t have to lift a finger—no need to move any of my clothing out of the closet or rearrange anything in the bedroom. They had everything covered, both literally and figuratively! Throughout the process, they documented each step with pictures, from the tear-out and cleanout to sanitization, pest exclusion, and the final blow-in insulation. To say I’m impressed would be an understatement. Redmon Home Solutions exceeded my expectations in every way. Redmon pest control has been servicing two of my homes & they do great customer service. I had them remove insulation and spray foam my attic in one home and it has made a tremendous difference on our heating and cooling bills. Had misunderstand work it out with owner

These guys are G-R -GReat! On time, as advertised. Cleaned out our old insulation and blew in foam insulation. Reasonable price, saving money on heat & air now!

I seriously cannot brag on Redmon Pest Solutions enough. Having recently moved to Dothan and moving into a new apartment, we knew we would have a few pest issues living in close quarters with others, but Redmon has taken away all of the stress that comes with worrying about pests away. We had a horrible fruit fly problem that we learned about a few weeks after moving in, which was the reason I reached out to Redmon in the first place, and they were extremely responsive and came out to treat over the course of a couple of months. And then, when renovations for an apartment next to us started, we were met with cockroaches migrating from that unit into ours. Redmon Pest Solutions was again very responsive and we were able to set up monthly treatments with them to eradicate the problem we were having and to prevent future problems from occurring. You will not find people that genuinely care about you and your house anywhere else. If you're in need of pest control, I recommend Redmon 1000%. They go above and beyond, and they will let you know of any precautions that you can take in between treatments that will help better eliminate whatever problems you could be having. I cannot thank Redmon enough for everything they have done and will do for us in the future!
