Could not be more pleased with Black Swamp Wildlife Services! We had a serious rodent problem in our crawlspace and attic. We’d tried everything imaginable, even regular rodent protection from a local pest company, but nothing worked. The rodents were getting into our house and multiplying by the day. When we contacted Black Swamp, they were incredible to work with. They showed up exactly when they said they would, communicated clearly and efficiently, and did a thorough job from start to finish. They even completed the work faster than other companies had quoted us—and for a better price! If I ever have rodent issues again (which I don’t think I will, thanks to the amazing job they did), I know exactly who I’ll be calling.

Black Swamp Wildlife came out quickly and did a thorough inspection of our roof and attic space and found I not only had bats but also had squirrels!!! I had a competitor service, whose trucks I see a good bit around Fairhope, come out prior and they completely missed the squirrel issue which would have quickly evolved to be much more destructive than the bats! Jory made quick work of both issues, was professional, stayed in contact as I was traveling on business and not able to be in residence while he worked. Great service and went above and beyond my expectations! Pricing was competitive with the other quote I received. Highly recommend them!

Jory was amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, fair priced and just all around great service! We had a huge amount of bats that he effectively removed and patched up all the holes they created so they couldn't come back in and got the squirrels out as well. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing wildlife removal services! Easy 5 stars would give 10 if I could.

I had heard some kind of critter running through the eaves of our garage and knew I had repaired all the openings I could get to. I called Jory and he quickly responded. We walked the property and the attic and saw where what we suspected as squirrels, were getting into the attic. Jory repaired the remaining openings and set a live trap in the last place with a game camera to watch overnight. First night we saw one squirrel outside the trap and an uninvited guest of a rat in the trap but not tripped. So now we had a two stage problem rats and squirrels. We set traps for the rats in the attic and caught 4 night one and a squirrel. I have to say we are not dirty people and keep everything clean. Night two 2 more rats and no squirrels. Night 3 another rat and Jory determined we had juvenile squirrels also. Had to reset live trap and soon after doing that while he went were talking we caught another squirrel. That’s night we caught 3 at once. Once the process was completed we removed 7 squirrels and 7 rats. I feel reassured now that we do not have a problem anymore. If we see any kind of wildlife again I will be calling Jory at Black Swamp Wildlife Services. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the job. I highly recommend them to anyone.

He provided multiple quotes depending on what we opted to do and never pressured us like others. The day the project was supposed to happen; Jory was punctual and professional.
