Branch Manager Chris Gersic came and did an inspection for termites and other pests. He was very friendly, courteous, efficient, and professional. We were highly impressed and will use their preventive service for termites. Very good pricing.

Normally, I would give them a great rating. Today, I’ve been calling over and over and all I get is “leave a message” and “the mailbox is full”. My pantry is infested with these little flour bugs and I’m trying to get them to bring out traps like they have on previous years.

Cody did a great job. He came to look at the house and tell me if he could put a repair contract on the house. All was good. Appraiser going to house today so we will order the WIR and Bond as soon as we hear. Thank you Cody for getting there so quickly and answering all my questions. They didn’t tell my mom about the cancel fee. Sign there people on the bugs can’t even take care of fire ants in the yard then when someone else comes by that can it’s oh you have a $250 to $350 cancel fee…. Disappointed but I’ll have her cancel in 4 months and switch to a more honest company
