Sam the Bugman

Absolutely professional. I received a call the day before service, and about 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. The first time the technician came out he explained step-by-step what he was doing and never left me in the dark about anything. We have been using them for close to a year now, and me and my family are 100% every time with the service.

We have always had wonderful service from Sam and Becky. Anytime we call and have an issue, they have their tech out to take care of it. We even let them know a newly hired tech was not giving their best service, not treating what they should and it was addressed immediately. They're friendly, always return our calls and the service of the property has been fantastic. As a local real estate professional, I ALWAYS have them on my list of recommended vendors because I know I can count on them to always do the right thing and take good care of my clients! I wish more companies truly cared about their customers as Sam and Becky appear to anytime I have spoken with them over the past several years!

Always on their schedule very professional in what they do these gentleman are kind and polite I would recommend this company to anybody with a nusence critters or bugs

Edited June 29, 2024. Well, it seems the family was having health issues. All good now. Returned my call, apologized, and Sam came out to spray and put me on his monthly route. Sam is a very nice guy, very knowledgable about pests, spider species, moisture percentages, wood rot, moisture barriers, termites, scorpions, and I could go on. He even looked at my crawl space vents. I'm changing my review from one star to six stars. Sam, you're The Man. (Prior review)Never answered the phone. Never returned my calls. Does this place really exist? Tired of talking to the machine. Going to call someone else.

Ive tried to call these people for over a month...they never answer the phone....if they cant answer now ..what if you had a problem...they wouldnt never know...

I was referred to this company from a former owner, I left 3 messages and no return calls.

DO NOT!!!!!!! waste you time or money on sam the bug man, these people do not know what they are doing, what customer service they wont even return calls about fixing what they srewed up, they ripped off the previous owner of my home and wont come fix the issues that even their employess agreed needs done and should have been done even tho its still under warranty, i wouldnt let these losers pump up a wheel barrow tire, i patiently gave them over 4 month to take care of the issue and they just ignore you, obviously something wrong with these people morals so beware youve been warned, im currently suing them for not fixing the issues so they wont get away with it, just dont want anybody else suckered into their beat around the bush take your money and disappear act, they are a wanna be business that i can promise you they way they act wont be around long, bye bye sam the loser
