I moved from the bay area and am not used to the spiders in Lake County! I realized I have severe arachnaphobia since I moved up here. I had a huge wolf spider every week in my house until I found Heritage Pest Management... it went down to one every few months. My mom next door uses another local company and has spiders all the time. Whenever I see a spider i even direct message them and they come out and address the issue immediately! I feel like I have a personal arachnaphobia service lol.Whatever formula they use indoor and outdoor is amazing! Not to mention their customer service is fantastic👏

Heritage pest management is terrible. I sadly moved into a pre-existing cockroach infestation at my old apartment. The landlord stated that heritage pest management continuously failed to exterminate this infestation before my move in.

Great service but terrible communication! Trying to get in touch and actually get serviced is the only problem. All of their online contact info isn’t correct. Other than that, their stuff works great and they do awesome when they come out! Highly recommend them!

I had bedbugs in my new upholstered sofa. Even though they were never seen, I was bit multiple times from sleeping on it. I treated it with diatomaceous earth and didn't sit on it again until after the exterminator had treated it. He sprayed every inch of it and the carpet. I only had to leave my apartment for four hours. I aired out the place and haven't had any more problems.

I had the pleasure of working with Nathan and Logan. I have used this company 2 times because they did such a good job for my client the first time. The report is neat and easy to read, they kept in contact with me every step of the way, they both were very responsive, and they were able to come out quickly with no hassle at all. I would highly recommend this company.
