Beware of real estate inspection scam and laziness. Old man that could barely walk up 3 stairs did “inspection”, here for 10 minutes and just talked about a cruise he was on and his dog the hole time. He saw the previous termite bait stations installed by Cooks that Cooks left in the ground after we cancelled the service years ago. We never had termites, only preventative treatment by Cooks. Now 2 weeks after the inspection, 1 week before closing, Arrow is directly calling me a liar and will not sign the report. They say on the report for 2 weeks doing nothing. Real estate agents and mortgage companies around Montgomery AL are apparently well aware of their shady business practices for real estate but my realtor didn’t know. I have strong feeling they only want to sign real estate inspections that previously had their service and since I had Cooks…..

Really impressed by them. They were on time and thoroughly sprayed the outside of the house. We will use them for Mosquito control in the summer time too. Fairly affordable prices as well.

After 4 visits, we still have a roaches in the home. $ 70 bucks a visit......called the owner, and no response back.

I have used Arrow pest control for over 3 years now and they have never made me want to look for anyone else. There have been times where I have called in to ask questions and the staff has taken their time to answer any question I've had no matter how stupid. The service representatives that they send to the house are always kind and respectful, as well as informing me of things I did not no( like after having a baby you don't want to spray inside the house for a little while) and of course no bugs in the house so their products definitely work. This being a local business I definitely prefer to deal with them instead of the major chain who just treat you like a number.
