Lmar did a fabulous job getting my lawn looking great after this winter. I have been a customer since 2023 and I am very happy with everyone on their staff. Very professional and they know their business.

Wow, super impressed with Mitchum. They have been servicing two properties we are connected with and they do excellent work and are rather affordable. Just today I reached out about about a small issue from our last service and within the hour they had responded to my email and had someone from their team out to rectify the issue. Keep up the good work guys!
Jacob and Robbie were total troopers to help us get our yard debris cleared out! We just bought this house and it had years of leaves and limbs piled up. They lugged over 50 bags of debris to their trailer for disposal and got our front flower beds cleaned up nice! Thanks guys, total rockstars!

Mitchum Lawn did a great job in tackling our yard! We had a large need of clearing out the yard of brush and initial lawn care. It was overdue. My only dissatisfaction is that the company never once contacted us beforehand about a change in the schedule. After we called the office, they told us why they did not show up, and we were so understanding of the reasons why. From April 17 to June 12, we finally have a clean, cut yard. This is after we called the office 4 times throughout this process to have our yard taken care of. Other than that, we really appreciated the men who cleaned our yard and for Quay who took care of the initial lawn care. :)

My mom contacted Mitchum Lawn Service and talked to Marcus. I sent him text with my mom's email address he texted me back saying he would get my mom plugged in for estimate that same day and that Nick would be by later. Nick never showed up and no phone call to reschedule or anything. It's hard on my mom because she needs her grass mow. Been struggling to get someone out here to mow the grass.

Hi Veronica. I am so sorry that your estimate slipped through the cracks. Upon investigation, I did find a slip of paper with your mother's name, phone number and address written down on Marcus's desk. We typically request that clients email the office so that we can get their information entered into the system and schedule our estimator to come take a look. We can usually perform estimates within 24 hours of request and can often schedule service the same week. Marcus is the owner of the company and is ultimately pulled in a million directions. It looks like he jotted down the information and forgot to pass it along to the appropriate team member. He takes great pride in reliability so I can assure you that this oversight was not intentional. I do have the information in hand and will give your mom a call now to apologize and set up an appointment if she is still in need. Again, I apologize for the oversight and hope that we can rectify the situation promptly for you :)<br><br>** update: we’re happy to have been able to provide a competitive estimate and the first of hopefully many services for your mom. I'm on day two of waiting on this guy Marcus to come cut my lawn! Now he isn't answering my calls or texts!! I want him to cut atleast once every other week. Maybe it's because I'm black!

Adrian I'm really sorry if we ever gave you the idea that we would refuse anyone service over race. I'm not sure where you could've ever gotten this idea from. We've got a very diverse team and family of clients ranging from every race, age, gender.. from our records we did service your lawn on April 15th as promised through text. This was the heat of spring and you requested service a day in advance. We got you that service within 2 days, 4 days after you told me our prices were too high. It would be awesome if you could possibly reconsider this negative review. This company was built to provide exceptional service at a great price and employ great men and women no matter who they are or where they come from! Mr Smith I'm so sorry I am just now seeing this! Sir it was a real pleasure dealing with you on our first quarterly cleanup back in January. It was awesome talking to you and learning about the house you built yourself. You paid quick, didn't argue about pricing! You are our ideal client and I hate it that we completely missed your second quarterly cleanup! We truly missed a great opportunity at maintaining a quality professional relationship and I truly am sorry about that! This spring was definitively rough on us from employees being sick, employees being scared to come into work (pandemic) and season change took a real toll on us as a team. Some days I couldn't even bring myself to look at my phone from being so overwhelmed by the day.. i feel we have survived the worst of the worst by now and are still here.
