Had our annual termite inspection. The guy was 2 hours late with no courtesy contact whatsoever and the inspector was rude. We’ve had this service for our home for three years. Last year the inspector is 15 minutes early to appointment and blowing my phone where I am. I don’t appreciate being rushed to an appointment I am not late to and then don’t receive the same courtesy when they are two hours late.. to include the price of service has gone up over the years and I’m not receiving respectful

I LOVE that we have had the exact same technicians since we began with Stark in Spring of 2024. Kevin is the absolute best. He is very responsive and very dependable to be at the duplex to spray exactly when the appointment is scheduled. My female tenants absolutely love him and he makes them feel very comfortable and safe. (No complaints about the "creepy bug sprayer" EVER. Ten stars if I could! My husband and I were so impressed with their last treatment/visit to our home. The representative was very friendly and clearly very knowledgeable. We only get the outdoor treatment, but he asked about any problems we were having indoors and gave us some great advice on how to handle them. We were also having some issues with carpenter bees, and he explained to us that although Stark can help with this, it wouldn't be worth our investment at this point in the season. Alway
