Madison County Termite Service

Terrible customer service. I paid the annual service fee but they didn't come to do the termite inspection. I am going to report this scam.

Have been charged double for months and have on camera evidence that they have not done services they claim to have done. Literally they walked up to our door with a bill and did not check traps. We are now stuck in the nightmare of them refusing to accept our termination.

Did not perform services for several months after signing a contract, but claimed they did. Refused to send a refund and had to request cancelling the contract multiple times before they would stop charging my card.

Haven't seen them ever performing a service. Requested to be informed of the next service date, they said they would, and called a month after saying they had already performed the service. They also never provided receipts even after multiple inquiries and after I finally requested to cancel, they still charged my credit card and went no contact. Cant recommend their services.

Absolute worst company to work with. They swindle you over with a good deal and then proceed to deliver the worst customer service, maintenance, and accountability of even the most basic termite/pest companies! Do NOT work with these guys.

I've used MCTS for over 10 years. They are professional and responsive. We recently had to have work done for the sale of our home. Another company quoted us twice what MCTS quoted us. I can't recommend MCTS enough.

Best customer service, very informative and BEST prices! Will definately use them again!
