I was a first time customer and Bobby promptly and professionally took care of our bug issue. But while he was at my house one of my kids went missing from our babysitter on their way home for the park. Bobby drove around the neighborhood until we found her and checked in after to make sure she was ok. I genuinely have never had better customer service in my life. Mr. Buggs customer for life!
