Great service and manners.

When you can get someone out to your home they are INCREDIBLE, haven't been able to lately though.

They used to be excellent works come on the regular and service the home. The past year or so they just keep popping up unannounced may go months without hearing from them then all of a sudden they will just show up at your house. Without contacting you or communicating with you and “spray the outside of the home” And leave a bill. No proof of actually getting service and even after you request they quit coming they still do. Terrible

Came and bid on a job to add a vapor barrier and never sent me the bid. I had to explain to three different people who I was, what property I was calling about, and they didnt even remember visiting my property. I needed this done quickly and all they did was waste my time.

We bought a house with termite contract with this company, so when we had some ants after a big rain we called them. They were out the next day, educated us about the insects & their patterns, and sprayed and laid bait. When we had a few stragglers still around a few days later, they came out the day after I called and re-sprayed, baited, and took a deeper look into where the source might be. Found it outside, and sprayed again around the exterior. Very pleased! There was a few calls I had tried to make a few days ago that kept going to a very confused older man, so I'm not sure if the lines get occasionally crossed? I saw another review saying they neve called back, but I've had no issues with calling back, or reaching them besides that one day

Came for 5 years quarterly, suddenly stopped coming. Wouldn't return calls. Bad business. No other pest control company has a good opinion of them.
