Couldn’t be bothered to knock or go to a different door. Just left. Garage was open and 4 cars in the driveway. Tech said no one was home. Go somewhere else. Smart guy for sure.

I have used this company for years. Lately they cancel appointments often. It might be time for me to find a different company.

As a realtor, I found myself in an emergency needing a Wood Infestation Report done. Kyle and Dylan came through for me and was able to get it done thoroughly and quickly within the time frame I needed. I GREATLY appreciate them arranging their schedules to save me at an amazing price!

Drove 2 hours in a monsoon to meet Steve, the technician. I waited for an hour and a half before calling Maya. She couldn’t reach the technician but said he was probably driving to the appointment and she would send him a text to call me with ETA. He called me and told me that he needed to reschedule because of the rain. I ask why he had not called me yesterday or this morning since rain had been in the forecast for a while. He said I was on his list but he guessed that he had just missed calling me. I told him that was not acceptable and I would be talking to his manager. I called and talked to Amber, the manager. Her resolution was to reschedule the appointment and they would cover the cost for this quarter. First of all, that is a slap in the face for someone who has driven 4 hours round trip in a monsoon and sat for 2 hours waiting for someone who didn’t show up. Secondly, they have no desire to maintain good customers that have been with them a long time. Lastly, as a previous business owner, I would have done whatever possible to please the customer. Even if it took me driving the less than 15 minutes and spraying it myself. I will be looking for a new company to service my home.

When all the other technicians had failed to get rid of our roaches, Kyle Snow came in and within three weeks had them manageable and within another two weeks had them absolutely gone and has kept them gone since. We love working with Kyle, he’s a great guy and makes sure you get taken care of when the others cant or wont. Thank you Kyle!!
