Don't trust their words or quality of work unless you can inspect it yourself. I was lied to during/after installation of floor jacks saying all fine. Even 6 month inspection person said all good..no adjustments needed. My ceramic tiles broke where jask were placed and door wouldn't work without tug. Floor was soft and I new floor tiles need replaced as well as softness in one area. Hired contractor for the flooring and once he began removing the tiles, found rotted flooring and joist. They had put boards next to rotted joist and also didn't attach them to anything. One of the beams and jack wasn'ttouchinganyoftheflooringat all. I have video of this. (See pics). Called APS and Steve and Roger came to see damages.Roger and I agreed to $4500.00 reimbursement. Told a letter would be mailed for my signature and I would be paid after that. 3 weeks and multiple text and calls with Roger giving excuses for this. He's texted wating my email address, so I give him tis on 8/03/2026. Two days past now and No email with form either. I most certainly say Don't trust their words or work unless You inspect their work yourself.

I hired this company to remove bats from my attic. They quoted $3,500 because I was told they would have to rent a lift and fix a broken vent screen among other things. I was told they would go back in and make sure the bats were gone once they finished. Well, they did not rent a lift. Two guys showed up with a ladder. It turns out the screen was not broken. The bats were hanging out in the small space between the outside vent slats and the screen behind it. They were not actually in the attic. APS put up a mesh screen over that outside vent with a wire tube for the bats to escape, then mesh screens over 2 other vents. Total materials maybe $20. They came back one time with their ladder to remove the tube and cover it with mesh, maybe an hour. They never went inside and inspected. There is at least one dead bat stuck in that space now. APS 's total cost with labor was maybe $500-$600, and they charged me $3k more than that.

One of their drivers crumpled my mailbox, left a note promising to replace it, but 2 whole months later have done nothing but gaslight me. They know the HOA will fine me, but that’s not enough for them to do the right thing. If this family-owned business won’t take care of what they damaged, I wouldn’t trust them in other areas either.

Heath has been absolutely fantastic! He consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Anytime I have a concern, he’s fast to respond, always helpful, and comes to take care of the problem quickly. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and provides outstanding service. I highly recommend Heath to anyone looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile!

This is our second house that we have now used Heath with APS for our pest control. Heath is professional and knowledgeable and has always done an amazing job for us!

I get a yearly termite inspection. The guy who came out this year arrived early and rushed thorough the inspection. I called to get someone to come out again because I saw a termite tunnel on my bricks that the inspector overlooked. No one has called me back. I pay for a yearly inspection and deserve much better!

My 98 year old neighbor had a bug problem and utilized the services of this company. They came in and might have sprayed an aerosol can of killer and charged $2000.00. Said they would come back up to 2 more times under that cost. Been beyond the time frame that they agreed to come back on. This is disgraceful. I do not recommend.

Heath has been taking care of our property for many years now. He's always professional and reliable. He points out issues that we don't notice to help keep our home pest free. We are extremely grateful for Heath and APS.

He is always on time, always professional, and consistently takes outstanding care of my yard, even when I’m not there. I’m able to see the work being done on my cameras, and the attention to detail and dedication are phenomenal. What impressed me even more was Wes taking the time to help fix a gate issue that wasn’t even part of his job. That says a lot about his character and work ethic. Great company! They replaced my gutters and downspouts. They removed and hauled away my old gutters. The lead person on my job was Shaquan, he went above and beyond every request and did everything with eagerness and politeness. He is a tremendously hard worker and an asset to APS. Devin did a great job with the estimate explaining all my options and answering every question. There were no surprise cost add ons at the end. I paid exactly what was on the initial contract. The night after installation we had a downpour and the gutters and covers worked to keep us from having overflow issues like we had with our old gutter and covers. There were 2 areas at two of the corner joints that were leaking a little stream of water. I called Amanda the next morning and Shaquan, who was on another job in Birmingham, was at my house in 2 hours sealing up those joints. I haven’t seen this type level of service from a home services company in long time. They also cleaned up everything very well when they finished. I can’t recommend this company enough for what I had done.
