Farmers Pest Control

We decided to switch our annual termite inspection to Farmers Pest Control because we have had such great success with their pest control services. Our inspection was performed by Issac. He was very professional and took his time checking every wall in our home. He also explained what he was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the process. He also explained how the outside stations worked and what he was looking for to determine if we had any termite activity. Issac is very trustworthy to be inside your home. His attention to detail and his kind and friendly service proves that we made the right decision to switch to Farmers.

Really impressed with Farmers Pest Control. Brad did an outstanding job—thorough inspection, effective treatment, and friendly, professional service. He walked us through each step, answered all our questions, and even shared helpful prevention tips. The whole process was easy and stress-free.

We used Farmer's for over four years and have been pleased with the service Greg has provided. Recently we had an issue with the owner. We told him in the past to not send anyone when we will not be home. We were on a month trip and did not see their message about scheduling a visit. Farmer's came and we were not home. We sent a note with payment and received a nasty phone call from the owner about our note. He asked if we still wanted to be a customer, and we said yes because we like Greg. The owner, Alan said he would cancel our contract. This was the second time we dealt with Alan's attitude. Sorry Greg, we like you. Glad Alan can throw away business. Glad you read reviews. NO, you were NOT forced to cancel our contract. You did NOT have to call us after the note. I forgot to add that our son also had an issue with the owner's attitude. Nice that Farmer's twisting this situation their way. Wish you well.

We signed up for pest control services after finding ants in our kitchen. The first time, they came and sprayed the interior and exterior of the house and charged $99. The tech was very professional and we thought we had a new pest control company. About 3 months later we were charged $99. When we contacted them, they told us they'd come while we were at work and sprayed the outside unannounced. We asked them to spray the interior of the home as well (since the $99 was to cover interior and exterior treatment) and they promptly canceled our accounts. They said it was because our account was 30 days past due but it was only past due because they did not complete the job. On to the next company. Edit: Notice that in the response they never address the fact that they never completed the job!

*Update 2023: Due to initial roach problem being fully resolved, an increase in Farmer's treatment charges, and prior year personal issue with a drop in cash flow I wanted to lessen treatment frequency. Farmer's was helpful and agreed to a 6 month maintenance period when I inquired. It was considerably higher per treatment, making the annual savings low. When a seasonal kitchen ant issue happened they were slow to respond but finally showed up to treat issue. When the issue did not fully resolve they refused to do any more work on the 6-mo plan and said we should just find a new company and part ways. The tech, Greg, was always nice. My issue is the owner did not want to resolve the ant issue. He also thinks appending "God bless" to a message somehow absolves him of any wrongdoing.
