We had an issue with wasps getting in the house and contacted our pest control provider about it. After coming they said there wasn't anything they could do. So we reached out to Good Neighbor Pest Services. Mr. Steve came out and did a very thorough inspection and explained to us what was going on. He did work both outside and inside of the house. And we have not had an issue since! We were so impressed that we switched over to him for our routine pest control. He was just like what others had said in their reviews. I highly recommend them! He truly cares about what he is doing.

Highly recommend Good Neighbor Pest Service! We had a wasp nest in our roof that needed to be dealt with, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. Steve came out, handled the nest quickly and safely, and took the time to put preventative measures in place so we won’t be dealing with the same problem down the road. What really stood out was how knowledgeable Steve was — he clearly knows his stuff and takes pride in doing the job right. He explained everything he was doing and made us feel confident the problem was truly solved, not just temporarily patched. Great service, professional technician, and real peace of mind. Their texting communication between customers and their ofc has worked out wonderfully for me and lessens my stress, since they treat my Mom's house and I handle her business matters. An elderly relative ended up with a severe bed bug infestation. We tried several different treatment options over a period of over a year. After contacting Steve in tears, his company came through, did the proper treatment while showing the utmost respect to my elderly relatives.
