I called KIB needed removal of masked critters (coons). Justin came he was very polite ,on time ,knows what he is doing, and took care of my unwanted critters now I'm super happy and recommend KIB!!! ACTUALLY got a job with them Jan 15 getting ready for work Ill let everyone know how it is to work for them later today😉

Top notch and would absolutely recommend! I had a few unwelcome tenants of the fur-covered variety (aka squirrels) that had attempted to set up shop in my attic, so I reached out to Justin at KIB (along with a couple of other places) and I ultimately went with KIB instead of the other companies I'd researched. We had critters in our walls making noise at crazy hours during the day and late nights. KIB reviewed the area and literally saw a squirrel go in the entry way, put up traps inside the attic and the outside of the house. Later retrieved traps, sealed holes and made other suggestions of how to keep other squirrels out because they apparantly they leave a scent in your house and bounce off close limbs onto our porch to get to places easier in the house.
