Very Good experience using this company. Quick response to the removal of a Bald Face hornet nest.

We had a problem with yellow jackets getting into our home by a rafter under the eave. They got into the cavity between the exterior siding and interior drywall, and built a large nest on top of the nest they obviously had built the previous year. Last year they did the same thing and ate through the drywall, entered our home and caused several painful stings, and a big mess. Not being able to get the recommended dust into their entrance area, we called Revolutionary. Kylie answered and took our information, and assured me that Austin would be here today between 10 and noon to inspect for nest location, and to treat appropriately. He called before 10 and said he would be a few minutes late. Austin and Kylie, his wife, arrived about 10:10, he explained his procedure, answered my questions, and went to work. He did a thorough inspection of the exterior and even the attic, then treated the exterior with extra attention to their entrance. He said the treatment takes about 5 days to work and should wipe out the colony including the queen. The price was reasonable and has a 45 day warranty. Austin and Kylie are professional and very nice, and Ft Payne is blessed to have them serving our area! We will use them for our next termite inspection.

We were overwhelmed with ants so we called Austin to provide pest management services and termite protection. He came out the next business day and treated the inside and outside of our home. Austin did amazing and even came back a few days later to treat again. We would recommend Revolutionary to everyone.

Have only delt with Austin at this point…but the service has been excellent!!! Initial call was about a year ago and he helped us over the phone. Needed some advice, expected to have to make an appt…nope, just kindness without any hassle! Fast forward…needed whole house service and he came out quickly. This will be our bug guy 100%!!!

I had my current pest services quote a termite treatment and bond. Their quote was double because of the extra items they were telling me was required before we could do the termite control. Austin came out did the inspection. Gave me a price with and without the shop without any push for extras. A day later and I had termite coverage handled. Now we are switching the pest control to Revolution as well.

From the time I first spoke with Austin this morning he was adamant about getting out to our home to assess what was going on. He came up with a treatment plan that worked for both my family and himself and 5 minutes later he was off to do the job. He is very professional and his prices speak for themselves (affordable). Austin and his partner showed up right on time. But even before that, per our phone conversation, he was courteous and genuinely concerned with what was going on in our house. When they arrived I took them in to see the damage we had found. Immediately they suited up and crawled under the house. Afterwards they came out, gave a full report, and told me our options. They even let me call my husband for a conference call. These guys were so professional. Luckily the damage wasnt quite as bad as first thought but we went the full route so we could fix the damage done and not have to worry about any more termites.
