Pink Star Pest & Lawn

Do NOT USE THEM! This company was apparently hired by my subdivision and they are HORRIBLE! The job was never completed on any given week. They would not come and clean up the grass, multiple resident complaints were made due to us observing them riding on scooters and weed earring. Total safety hazard. I went out and asked the gentleman on his head set to come please cut down the shrubs they continuously left uncut and I also asked him to cut the growing weeds inside my fire pit. The young man took the entire fire pit. I contacted the leasing office and they gave me a gentleman’s name after they fired the entire company for all of the issues residents were having. I contacted him (I have his number) don’t recall his name. He was so nice initially he said they would do everything to make it right- He asked me for the cost and picture or receipt. I had this fire pit for over 3.5 years. I contacted him again and he treated me like I stole Something from him. The worker told him he misunderstood well then bring it back! He couldn’t because it was gone! I came home to a large patch in the middle of my yard. I provided him with the photos and called him and not to my surprise no answer! I guess when things are taken from you- you need to pull teeth to get it back though it is YOUR property! They are mad at my leasing office for firing them but taking it out on me! I am an innocent resident and STILL waiting on a correspondence from them. I would list his number but I am not a dirty individual! How dare you mistreat someone like they took from you! It is so much humility in doing the RIGHT thing being that the guy admitting to removing it from my property. Misunderstanding or NOT!

Inconsistent, does not finish the yard in its entirety, just pure laziness. I’ve had to call the office multiple times about the lack of quality my yard has been since this company has been contracted & nothing is getting better.

Only had Pink Star for two months but really like this company and staff. Very knowledgeable and also sprays inside and outside in yard and provides a lot is insight to the pests we need to be aware of and educate us as home owners. I am so happy with Pink Star Pest. I switched over from a company that just wasn’t getting the job done. Not only did Pink Star eliminate the pest issues I was concerned about, they just seem to go above and beyond. Today I called them back because I found a couple ticks. While spraying for ticks and mosquitoes, he found and treated 4 wasp nests I didn't know we had. The customer service is fantastic and the techs really go the extra mile.
