Living in Baldwin County I am only 1 of thousands of homeowners that - in my opinion - had suffered under what I perceived as the corrupt behavior of Terminix. I was concerned that I would not be able to retain termite coverage that I had worked so hard to protect. Out of the blue I got a call from Tyler Brown of Cook's asking if he could stop by. As a real estate professional, I rely on vendors to be professional and honest. This company said a termite bond could be renewed only to tell me later it couldn’t. Now I’m scrambling to find another option for my clients. Will definitely never use this company in the future.
