On July 25, 2019 and July 31, 2019, I called Lewis Pest Control office in Demopolis, AL because I had a problem with one of their technicians that did a termite inspection at my home on July, 24, 2019. That was a week ago. I have not received a call from the manager to discuss my issue yet. I have two properties that are serviced quarterly as well as termite contract. I guess my issue is not important enough to get a returned call. I am definitely going to look for some other company who cares

CJ Nelson is our technician and he always exceeds expectations on service, timeliness, professionalism and friendliness. Has the perfect balance of being professional and friendly at the same time. He has always responded quickly when we have had unusual pest problems and we have had them!! He is punctual for all visits. We love him!!

Our technician is Jim from the Mobile, AL, office. He comes out regularly & inspects our home for insects, rodents & termites. He is very professional and he does a good job of spraying for insects and being respectful of our home. I highly recommend Lewis Pest Control in Mobile for your pest control service. Ask fir Jim!
