Waynes Pest Control

Very disappointed with Wayne’s. I called customer service to get a quote for pest and termite on a new house purchase. Keep in mind the house is less than 10 years old and the previous owners had a current termite contract with Wayne’s. They are one of a couple local companies who cannot transfer the bond upon purchase of the house. I was transferred around several times by customer service and quoted a couple different prices as I called a couple times comparing rates between different companie

I was talked into the service over the phone and I’ve had them come out several times doesn’t seem anything has changed when they’ve come and I’ve just sprayed myself and dealt with the ants myself and I’ve still been being charged for it every month and I tried to call and cancel it and I’m assured that it’s going to be canceled and then I’m charged for it again and when I called to have it canceled, I’m given the runaround saying there’s a primary person on my account and blah blah blah. Don't do it. I have had two separate dealings with them and both have been horrible. I will never do business with them again. They lie about work being done, they say they will come back and never do, then send you overpriced invoices for it. I have had them on camera walking up to the home to do a termite bond, literally do nothing and leave then send an invoice. This is why I have cameras. On new properties they will try and strong arm you into signing a contract for service. DO NOT SIGN, you
