I thought the Daylan was just coming to spray for ants… instead I got an entire college course in Antology. 🐜😂 I’ve lived my whole life thinking I knew what ants were about, and today I found out I apparently knew absolutely nothing. He explained things I didn’t even know I needed to know, and somehow made ants interesting. He didn’t just get rid of the bugs, he left me smarter than he found me. Highly recommend!

Daylan came out today and took care of our problem, he is a really nice guy and was very helpful and great and explaining!

Jerry(Calera area) provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Before beginning the service, he thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, which made me feel informed and confident. Once the work was completed, he took the time to review everything he had done and gave a detailed summary. His professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain things clearly were exceptional. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent service.

Johnny was our tech, he came out and sprayed the house after we had an ant infestation and the problem was immediately resolved. He was very thorough and explained everything with ease. Explained the entry point of the ants as well! We are so thankful. Thank you Connell!

Have been using Connell's Pest Control for many years and have had very good service. Craig has given excellent service and is very friendly and always prompt.

We’ve used other local pest control’s, and none are close to having the communication Connell’s Pest Control provides. Between the front office providing accurate quotes/scheduling, and our service provider Craig providing in-depth detail on work performed.. we will no longer be shopping around. Craig was helpful on explaining his processes, recommendations, and gave us insight on how to maintain certain tasks ourselves. We appreciate the great business. 5 stars well deserved and earned!

What I appreciate most is how thoroughly he explains what they’re doing and what to expect afterward. He goes above and beyond to make sure my home is protected and that I feel comfortable with the process. Finally no more ants! We were having an unusually huge amount of ants. TJ came out and found the source and in less than 2 days later, no ants at all. He is very knowledgeable and I am so thankful for making that call.
