I have been a loyal customer of this company for years, but after my recent experience with the owner, John Michael, I will never give them my business again. John Michael is completely untrustworthy and is NOT a man of his word. He promised to provide me with crucial support documentation needed for a court case regarding a rental property his company services. Instead of following through, he completely stopped answering my calls. I spent three weeks chasing him down before finally giving up. To make matters worse, when I called to confirm an appointment, he was incredibly disrespectful and rude. He took his frustration out on me, but the reality is that the confusion was entirely due to his own incompetence with his own scheduling system. As a business owner, he should know that patience is key with customers. While his staff is actually very good, John Michael himself is unprofessional, unreliable, and does not deserve more work. Avoid doing business with him.

Bailey’s Pest Control is the best pest control company in North Alabama. They helped us with ants and spiders and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They did a full inspection, explained their treatment plan, and made sure everything was handled properly. Since their service, we haven’t had any pest issues at all. I had a VA-required termite inspection on my fully metal building. Even though the property is ENTIRELY metal and not at risk, the inspection was still required. I used this company for the exact same VA refinance situation two years ago on the same building, and that inspection was $100. This time, they charged $150 for essentially the same service—a 20 minute walk-around of a building everyone knows does not have termites. IT IS METAL. They also completely forgot about me after the inspection. No report, no invoice. I called them multiple times, and was told they'd call me back...and they never did. The bank was literally waiting on this as the final piece for my refinance, and this company wouldn't deliver the report. Two weeks to finally get the report. Having worked in the termite industry myself for 3 years, I would never do this to a customer, nor RAISE my price for a house that physically cannot have termites. As someone that literally did the job, I absolutely know for a fact this is a rip off, and probably their easiest possible scenario of an inspection. (Also, they tried to convince me the termites will eat my drywall. They have no idea what they're talking about. The ONLY time a termite will eat drywall is to reach wood on the other side (WHICH I HAVE NONE. MY ENTIRE HOUSE AND STRUCTURE IS STEEL). Insane. Will not be back. Will not recommend.

I have had Baileys pest control for almost as long as I have had my house. I had a case of termites. I called them out and they took care of my problems,so I contracted them to be my pest controllers from there on. Not only have I had no more issues but referred to my friends. But the best for last, everytime they go under my house if they see just a small drip or wet spot they tell me right away which helps me keep everything in go order. Bailey's arrived at our doorstep today bc they couldn't get a hold of us. I had changed my number. Jessie performed our yearly inspection and during his inspection he noticed a leak in our hot water heater line. Jessie even took pictures (3) of the piping and area that was affected by the leak to help us and the plumber get an idea of what was going on under there. Nice. Helpful. Considerate. We have been with Bailey's Pest Control for going on 25 years now and have ALWAYS been satisfied with their service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They helped me get a quick termite inspection for my refinance cheapest around!

We set up our initial quarterly service after repeated spider and bug problems. They were able to treat our home within a couple days of calling. They offered immediate service if we had any continuing issues after the initial spray. After a small ant invasion after being gone for a week of vacation they showed up the next day free of charge to take care of the problem. They have been on-time for each appointment. Their service options were very reasonable and they are knowledgeable about their business. It has been several weeks now and we have not seen a spider or ant inside since!

My autistic son thinks that he is the best thing ever, and the technician allows him to follow him around and he teaches him with what he's doing and he's so patient and he is so kind. Bailey's provides a great service but our technician is a true blessing to our family.
